That is why we started Therapy Services International, Inc.
TSI exists to provide physical and occupational therapists to work in your facility as your employees. The management of TSI has extensive experience in the recruitment of foreign healthcare professionals. We have been in the nurse and therapist recruitment business for over eight years providing highly qualified staff to hospitals, skilled nursing homes, rehab facilities and home health providers. We have a fully staffed office in Manila in partnership with a Philippine government licensed recruitment agency.
We started TSI to specifically address the shortage of therapists by recruiting highly skilled foreign professionals educated as physical and occupational therapists. TSI guides them through the immigration process and brings them to you as your own professional staff.
It is not only cost effective; it just makes good sense from a quality of care perspective. The therapists that we qualify and recruit for United States healthcare employers have educations that meet or exceed the education required for licensure in the profession in the United States.
All our therapists are proficient in the English language.
All our therapists’ educational credentials are evaluated and validated by either the Foreign Commission for Credentialing of Physical Therapists (FCCPT) or the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT), as appropriate.
Once the therapist is qualified, our dedicated immigration attorney will file the Immigration Petition that will lawfully bring your therapist to the United States to serve your clients as your employee.
This is all done as part of one seamless process we handle for you.
TSI’s goal is to provide our clients with therapy professionals that have the education, experience and background to provide quality service to your patients.
